Location scout and risk assesment

 This is the location scoutr and risk assesment for our music video done by me  ( Bagas ) 

Location ( Bagus house )
Address:	Jalan Raya Sesetan
Scene:	Opening scene
Advantages of location:	Good view of the sunset Enough space to record Flexible time Accessed easily
Disadvantages of Location:	Construction Quite far Dangerous for the rooftop scene
Alternatives:	Bagas House
Risk Assessment
Risk:	Who is at risk:	How to avoid risk:	High, Medium, Low risk:
1. Construction	Camera man Actor Crew	Pray -Construction doesn’t always happen so we can set a time -Wear protective clothing to avoid debree	High
2.  Rooftop dangers	Camera man Actor Crew	Pray -Stay away from the edges	High
3. Heat stroke	Camera man Actor Crew	Pray -drink loads of water -try not to record at midday	Low

Location ( School )
Address:	Jalan Waribang
Scene:	Spending time with female actor
Advantages of location:	-its close -Familiar with the location -Actors are from the same school thus itll be easier to do recording when needed.
Disadvantages of Location:	-needs permission - Only can record when school is open - hard to manage time because ,most likely , recording will be done after dismissal  - Tired after school
Alternatives:	Regent primary school.

Location ( Teras Ayung Residence  )
Address:	Jalan gatot subroto timur
Scene:	Couple fight scene
Advantages of location:	-its quiet -Much open space -familar with location
Disadvantages of Location:	-not enough lighting -be aware of residents as cars might be passing by -might disturb other people
Alternatives:	Nicho’s house

Location ( Mertasari beach )

Scene:	Couple fight scene
Advantages of location:	-lots of open space -Good sunset scene
Disadvantages of Location:	-not enough lighting -be aware of residents as cars might be passing by -might disturb other people
Alternatives:	Nicho’s house

A benefit of doing this location scout and risk assement is that it help us predict and align the locations according to the plot we have set in the storyboard.  As well, using the template given by my teacher I am able to evaluate potential dangers which could reduce the risks of hurting my teammates. To add, the locations we used are places that we are very well known of so that its easier for us to decide a time and location to shoot.  There weren't any major problems just probably time management for me to actually do it.
